How it works

Install the agent
A single Windows installer on the machine Tally runs on. It registers itself as a service, so it keeps working when nobody is logged in.
It reads what changed
Tally stamps every record with a revision number. The agent remembers the last one it saw, per company, and asks only for what moved since — so a company with a hundred thousand vouchers stays current as cheaply as one with a hundred.
Everyone else opens a link
Sign in from any browser, on any device. Add it to a home screen and it opens in its own window, with your last screens available offline.

It runs on the same Windows PC Tally is already on — nothing separate to host. The installer carries its own runtime and registers itself as a Windows service, so it starts before anyone logs in and comes back on its own after a reboot.
Before you install
- Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime, with Gateway of Tally → F11 → Enable ODBC/HTTP Server → Yes
- Administrator rights on that machine — registering a Windows service needs them
- An agent key, which setup will ask for — create an organisation first to get one

Filters that hold
Search, party, voucher type and dates sit above the grid and match the full filter drawer, so both always agree. Save a set and restore it in a click.
Exports in four formats
CSV, Excel 97-2003, Excel Workbook or PDF — per screen or per panel, with the filters you are looking at applied.

Every company syncs on its own revision numbers and never mixes. Switch between them from the toolbar.
Security
A copy for reading. Nothing more.
The agent connects outward to send what changed, and that is the only direction data travels. There is no command channel back, no port opened on your network, and no feature on any roadmap that would write into your books.
Each organisation's records are stamped and isolated at the database level. The agent authenticates with a key you name after the machine it runs on, and can revoke the moment that machine is retired.

Questions
What people ask first
Can SyncFlow change anything in my Tally data?
No. The agent reads and sends; there is no path in the product that writes back. Tally remains the only place your books are edited.
What happens when the Tally machine is switched off?
Reports stay available and keep showing the last data that arrived, labelled with its age. When the machine comes back, the agent picks up from the last revision it saw — nothing is missed and nothing is duplicated.
Does everyone need a Tally licence?
No. Readers open a browser. Only the machine running the agent needs Tally, exactly as it does today.
How current is the data?
The agent checks every five minutes by default. Screens warn once data is over a day old and flag it clearly after three days, so a stopped agent is visible rather than silent.
Which versions of Tally are supported?
Tally ERP 9 and TallyPrime, through Tally's own XML/HTTP gateway (Gateway of Tally → F11 → Enable ODBC/HTTP Server). Nothing extra to install on the Tally side.
Can I keep several companies separate?
Yes. Each company syncs on its own revision numbers and is stored and shown separately; switching companies is one control in the toolbar.
